0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
No security deposit is due.

To keep things simple and ensure a smooth stay, we just ask for two quick things:
✔️A signed copy of our house rules/rental agreement
✔️A $200 security deposit, fully refundable the day after checkout once we’ve done a quick walkthrough
